Where do I find my CDE-assigned 14 digit CDS code? I filed last year, but I'm not sure where to look for this. I remember giving it to the school district, but that was a year ago. ;}

The 14 digit CDS code is assigned by the CDE to either homeschools or regular schools with six or more students. We we had 6 students for a few years we were assigned that code, but once we dropped back below six students we didn't get assigned a number anymore. The affidavit question line says that if you were assigned a CDC code, then enter it in that line. The old forms we have when we didn't have six students was just blank.
